Retrofit Construction is a small construction company based in Montreal and founded by Brazilian-Canadian Fellipe Falluh that specializes in deep energy Retrofits. His business has a mission to create and build more sustainable, comfortable, and healthy environments, by giving existing commercial, and residential buildings a new life by retrofitting it with energy efficient upgrades! Right now, the company is small scale with Fellipe and situated in Montreal, but he hopes to expand his work to bring his services to people all across Canada. A current project of his is the retrofit of a 130-year-old duplex in Montreal, and will establish the building as the first net-zero ready certified building in Quebec. Fellipe recently started his own podcast Au-delà des Murs (Beyond the Walls). The podcast covers high performance construction and buildings in order to catalyse the Quebec market and to educate and engage his audience. Fellipe has also been a guest on several podcasts, sharing his perspective on sustainable building and the world of retrofits. He has presented projects at events, such as the Charon Retrofit project at The Green Technology Festival.
