The NexGen Builders Champion Employer Award recognizes an Employer from TCBN’s NexGen Builders Mentoring Program and/or a workplace from anywhere in Canada who has made exceptional efforts in supporting the progress of Black, Indigenous or other racialized individuals who are pursuing a career in construction.

The award recognizes an employer who carries out best practices identified by the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB,) (standards for organizations around the world) to support the progress, of individuals from historically underrepresented groups in the construction sector.
